Moroccan Stray Cat Finds New Life Watching Snow
Zara, a stray cat who followed a couple during their anniversary trip in Morocco, was adopted and brought to the United States. The family arranged travel that included a flight from JFK Airport to Casablanca to bring her home, and she was transported in a carrier during air travel.
After arriving, the family reinforced their screen door with additional nails and duct tape to keep it secure. In her new northeastern home, Zara discovered snow falling outside her window. She became fascinated by the snowfall and now sits at the window whenever it snows, a habit that has continued since her first encounter.
