Operation Freedom Ride is a 100% volunteer-run, foster-based animal rescue located in Rochester, NY. Founded in 2018, our mission is to save the lives of homeless, abandoned, and at-risk dogs and cats by providing them with safe, loving foster homes and helping them find their forever families. We rescue locally and partner with shelters in overcrowded areas to give animals a second chance at life. Through the dedication of our fosters, volunteers, adopters, and supporters, we strive to make a difference one animal at a time.
