Animal Tails Rescue (ATR) has been serving Crenshaw County, Alabama since 2015, starting as a small volunteer-run organization and growing into one of the most respected animal rescues in the area. Based in Luverne, the all-volunteer rescue works tirelessly to rescue and care for homeless, abused, and neglected dogs and cats, relying on donations and contributions to vet, feed, house, and transport the animals in its care. The rescue is open daily from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, except Sunday.
