The only no-kill shelter facility in Russell County, based in Phenix City. Alongside adoptions it runs a foster programme, a volunteer programme and a spay and neuter programme for feral cats. Most adoption fees cover required medical care, including feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus testing for cats.
