Troy Animal Rescue Project is a federally recognized 501(c)(3), no-kill rescue organization formed in March 2014, serving pets from Alabama and surrounding southern states. Based in Troy, it is dedicated to helping pets left homeless, surrendered by their owners, facing abuse or neglect, or at risk of euthanasia, and it assists animals regardless of breed, age, or health issue.
