Two By Two Rescue Start an adoption application

Two By Two Rescue traces its roots to 2002, when Sonya King began feeding stray dogs on the streets of Helena, Alabama, and noticed another concerned resident doing the same. The two women met, combined their efforts, and began rescuing the many stray dogs dodging traffic in the area. Based in Birmingham, the rescue has never forgotten its roots: volunteers still return to that same neighborhood almost monthly, offering residents food, vaccinations, dog houses, veterinary care, and spay or neuter services. Built on those early, positive relationships, Two By Two Rescue continues to communicate with and meet potential adopters to find the right match for each dog.
