AZ Rescue Ranch and Sanctuary

AZ Rescue Ranch & Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 nonprofit run by the Allen/Anderson family out of Wittmann and Tonopah, Arizona, providing rescue and sanctuary for reptiles, small animals, birds, and occasionally farm animals. Taylor, who manages animal care and rehabilitation, brings more than 10 years of experience working with reptiles, mammals, exotic animals, and wildlife, including veterinary coursework, an externship at an animal hospital, and volunteer work at a local herpetological rescue; Kelly, with more than 25 years in the pet industry, oversees the business side. Species in the sanctuary's care have included ackie monitors, bearded dragons, chinchillas, degus, guinea pigs, leopard geckos, and Syrian hamsters. Beyond rescue and adoption, AZ Rescue Ranch hosts hands-on educational events, including birthday parties and senior living visits, to promote empathy and responsible animal care in the community. Adopters need to show proof of an adequate setup for the animal they're adopting.
