CARE for Animals Start an adoption application

Central Arkansas Rescue Effort for Animals, a 501(c)(3) founded in 1998 and based in Little Rock's Heights business district. Alongside rescue and adoption it runs spay/neuter programs, a pet food pantry and a gift shop that helps fund its work.

CARE is a foster-based rescue with no physical shelter. Selected cats are shown at CARE's headquarters (5516 Kavanaugh Blvd) during Saturday Showings, or a meet-and-greet can be arranged directly.
