A privately funded no-kill shelter established in 1946, working to rescue, rehabilitate, provide veterinary care and spay/neuter, and find homes for central Arkansas cats and dogs. It is a 501(c)(3) supported entirely by donations, fundraisers, bequests and grants rather than public money.

Fees, requirements & process

From $100

$100 for all cats and for dogs over 20 pounds; $125 for small dogs under 20 pounds. Includes basic shots, deworming, microchipping, and spay/neuter, plus heartworm treatment in some cases.
