Cat Noir Rescue is proudly based in Downtown Los Angeles. While our home base is in the heart of the city, our dedicated network of volunteers helps us transport and care for cats across a wide region-including Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley, and Orange County. Welcome to Cat Noir Rescue: Los Angeles’ Black cat rescue, where we shine a light on the most overlooked felines. Based in Los Angeles, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and foster-based rescue dedicated to saving stray, abandoned, and at-risk cats, with a special focus on those passed over due to superstition or stigma.
Cats above 10 years old have a fee reduction of 50%, for an adoption fee of $75 each.
