Feral Alley Cats & Friends SPCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2011. It traps and returns community cats to their colonies and feeds and manages colonies in the Coachella Valley and beyond. It helped an Orange County shelter start a feral-freedom program and created two shelter-cat pages to help cats find homes.
