Cats Alive SLV is a licensed, foster-based rescue in the San Luis Valley of rural southern Colorado. Its work includes rescuing and finding homes for feral kittens and caring for community cats. Each year, its outreach helps hundreds of feral and stray cats and kittens access spay/neuter, emergency medical treatment, food, insulated shelters and homes. The organization has also identified a need for a permanent building to support quarantine and medical assessment.
