The Community Cat Action League is an all-volunteer 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of free-roaming community cats in Kent County DE. Volunteers provide TNR training and trap loans to the public. Additionally, volunteers offer assistance to colony caretakers. Food Bank: A limited supply of cat food is donated to us periodically. Eligibility is dependent upon need and requires that colonies be fully spayed and neutered or will achieve 100% sterilization within three months of application. Please note: food distribution is dependent upon donations and is intended to supplement the caretaker’s food. The colony must be verified by a CCAL volunteer. All information is held in.
