Complete the cat surrender form. Staff assess suitability and available foster space, then contact you to arrange intake or provide alternatives. Shelter animals at risk and animals needing immediate care receive priority. An accepted surrender permanently transfers ownership. The rehoming page currently says foster homes are full, so confirm capacity before making plans.
