TRAP Cats ( T rap R educe A rea P opulation of Cats ) is a group of volunteers dedicated to Learning from success of nonprofit group Neighborhood Cats New York City, it was clear TNR in targeted areas while working with residents to care for and report any new community cats was the answer to success. Since we TNR and build relationships with many residents in SW quadrant of DeLand, that is the area of our current focus.
