Feral Feline Project Inc began in summer 2007 when two women sought to make spay/neuter more accessible for outdoor cats. The volunteer organization uses TNR to prevent further litters while allowing caretakers to continue looking after colonies. Since 2007, it has sterilized thousands of cats and placed thousands of kittens in homes.
