Isle of Enchantment Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-driven, foster-based animal rescue network based in Genoa, IL.
After initially rescuing and fostering animals in Puerto Rico starting in 2009, the founders established the 501(c)(3) nonprofit following the devastation of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.
Prospective adopters are asked to assess whether they have adequate time for exercise, the financial capability for veterinary care and preventatives, and comfort with animal shedding.
