Pepper's Pals Cat Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit volunteer-run cat rescue located in downtown Broad Ripple in Indianapolis, Indiana with additional foster homes around the state. Our exact address doubles as a private residence and thus is kept private, but we will send you the address if you have an appointment to visit! It is named after our founder's very first cat, Pepper, pictured above, who passed away in 2018. Our mission is to provide love and a home to domestic cats in need, all in Pepper's memory. Bri works at Zeta Tau Alpha Foundation. She has volunteered with Pepper’s Pals since May 2025. She is the Trivial Purrsuit Task Force chair and additionally serves on the Adoption.
0-6 months: $150 7-11 months: $125 1-5 years: $100 6-10 years: $75 11+ years: $50 If you adopt a pair, their combined adoption fee will be 25% off.
Submit an application; if approved, visit to meet the cat(s) and review the adoption contract; a second visit is scheduled to sign the contract, pay the fee, and take the cat home. No same-day adoptions.
They're based on age: $150 for 0 to 6 months, $125 for 7 to 11 months, $100 for 1 to 5 years, $75 for 6 to 10 years, and $50 for cats 11 and up. Adopting a pair gets you 25% off the combined fee.
