It is the primary mission of Trap Dat Cat to control the overbreeding of community cats in New Orleans, LA through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and to raise awareness of and to educate the public about the community cats in New Orleans, and the problems that can occur if cats are not spayed/neutered. As a part of this mission, we also rescue and rehabilitate sick and/or injured cats, and coordinate and facilitate kitten foster and adoption for kittens unable to be returned outside.
