What medical care is included with cats adopted from The Lyons Paw?

All adoptable cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have received age-appropriate vaccinations, including Rabies and FVRCP.

Why does The Lyons Paw require a $25 deposit for kittens adopted under 12 weeks old?

Because kittens cannot receive a Rabies vaccination until 12 weeks of age, an additional $25 deposit is collected at adoption and refunded once proof of vaccination is provided.
