Applicants must submit a complete application and pass personal and veterinary reference checks. Cats receive veterinary care before adoption; an unaltered young kitten requires a spay/neuter contract and refundable deposit.
Request and return the application, complete the rescue's reference review, then sign the adoption contract and pay the applicable fee. For an unaltered kitten, also sign the sterilization agreement and pay the refundable deposit.
Faerie Tales Cat Rescue serves Southeast Michigan and northern Ohio.
