The Irish Capital Feline Foundation (ICFF) is a volunteer‑run foundation dedicated to improving the lives of community cats through humane TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return). While our primary mission is TNR, we also provide foster care for kittens and adoptable cats who enter our traps and cannot safely return to their outdoor environment.
