Requirements

Applicants must provide complete and truthful information and authorize release of veterinary records. Current pets must be spayed or neutered and current on rabies and distemper vaccines. Cats must be kept as indoor companion animals, receive lifelong veterinary care, and never be declawed.

How it works

Submit the application and contract online, by print, or at the shelter. Once approved, the application remains valid for one year. The shelter calls to schedule a meeting with a compatible cat; sign the liability waiver, meet the cat, and, if the match is suitable, finalize the adoption that day.
