Meow is an artist-run 501(c)(3) cat sanctuary providing long-term care for feral, abandoned, elderly, injured, and surrendered cats in an area with very limited animal welfare resources, while also aiming to place cats in stable indoor adoptive homes.
Kittens are not adopted out before 12 weeks old; kittens are strongly encouraged to be adopted in pairs to avoid single-kitten syndrome.
Submit an application, followed by a Zoom interview with staff and the foster family; sign the adoption contract and pay the fee. Cats are always welcome back if the adoption doesn’t work out.
