Planned Pethood DE Juarez Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed after 15 years of collaborative rescue efforts between Juarez, Mexico, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The organization focuses on offering free and low-cost spay and neuter services to curb stray overpopulation, while also conducting selective rescues of healthy small street dogs. All rescued dogs receive full veterinary care before transport and adoption.
