Santa Fe, NM
The Santa Fe Cat Café opened its doors on February 6, 2024, as the city’s first cat café and one of only two in New Mexico. Founded by father-daughter duo Carrie Reyes and Barry Bruner (both lifelong animal lovers) the café was created as a cozy gathering place where the community could enjoy coffee, tea, and baked goods while meeting adoptable cats from local rescue Felines & Friends. Every visit helps support local rescue partners and cat care.
Cats at the cafe come from partner rescues (Felines & Friends, 9 Lives Rescue, Espanola Humane), each of which handles its own adoption process and fee; sign an adoption (or foster-to-adopt) agreement and pay the fee to that partner rescue.
