All Creatures Big and Small Inc. is an all-volunteer, foster-based 501(c)(3) pet rescue founded in 2003 and based in Adams, New York. Serving Central and Northern New York, including Jefferson and Oswego Counties, the organization protects and improves the lives of abandoned, abused, relinquished, and homeless cats and dogs by placing them into permanent homes.
Animals are placed into loving, responsible, and committed permanent homes through a comprehensive adoption process.
