Anjellicle Cats Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit working across New York City's five boroughs. It rescues, rehabilitates and finds homes for abandoned and homeless cats, including sick, injured and overlooked shelter and community cats. Rescued cats receive medical care in foster homes before adoption.
The adoption fee is $150 for one cat under 7 years old.
Email a filled-out application; references are contacted and you’re connected with the cat’s foster; once approved, attend a roughly 75-minute cat-care seminar (via Zoom/Skype); sign adoption papers, pay the fee, and arrange for the cat’s move. A home safety check is done via FaceTime/Skype.

No, it's an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue working across New York City's five boroughs, so cats live in foster homes rather than a facility.
Also any cats adopted through Magnificat that need to be rehomed/returned in the future should contact Anjellicle Cats.
