Completed adoption application, verifiable veterinary reference (with records release authorization), home ownership verification via public court records or landlord approval for renters, and a suitable lifestyle match for the animal.
Submit a completed Adoption Application Form online, then contact your veterinarian to authorize the release of medical records to EARS. Applications are processed in the order received, and adoption appointments are scheduled once an application is approved.
