Empty Cages Collective (ECC) is a 100% volunteer-staffed animal protection and rescue organization dedicated to rescuing animals from abuse, neglect, and euthanasia. Based in New York, the collective provides shelter, medical care, and rehabilitation through a dedicated foster network and recovery center until animals can be placed in permanent homes.
