Homes for Orphaned Pets Exist (H.O.P.E.) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded over 20 years ago to evaluate, rescue, nurture, and responsibly rehome dogs and cats throughout Saratoga County and surrounding communities. The rescue provides animals with medical care, foster placement, and adoption services, alongside senior-to-senior programs.
Applicants must be at least 21. Existing pets must be spayed or neutered and have a history of regular veterinary care. Veterinary and landlord contact details are required. The executive director may require a home visit.
