Queens first full-service animal shelter, opened September 2024, part of the Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC) system. 50,000-square-foot facility with a kitten nursery and open-roam cat rooms.
Adoption fees are waived for adult cats; kittens are $25. Fees are also waived for veterans and for adopters 60+ taking home an animal 6 years or older; IDNYC cardholders get a $25 discount. Includes vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, one month of free pet health insurance, and a free vet office visit.
