Rescuers Unleashed for Furred Friends (RUFF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Oswego, New York, formed to advocate for and assist the local Oswego City Animal Shelter and county animal control officers. They raise funds and promote shelter animals to help cats and other companion pets find permanent homes. Through their advocacy and partnerships, adoptable cats receive essential veterinary care, vaccinations, and adoption placement.
$100 adoption fee (includes spay/neuter, microchip, all vaccines, and testing)
Adoptions are coordinated in partnership with the local shelter (Oswego City Animal Shelter / OCAS), where prospective adopters can meet adoptable cats and complete the adoption process.
