Second Chance Rescue Inc (NYC Second Chance Rescue) is a foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2009. The organization rescues and rehabilitates critically injured, neglected, and abused dogs and cats, particularly those at high risk of euthanasia. Since its inception, NYC Second Chance Rescue has saved over 17,000 animal lives through foster networks, veterinary care campaigns, and adoption services.
