Strays Hope for Life Animal Rescue Corp is a volunteer, foster-based 501(c)(3) non-profit feline rescue founded in Staten Island, New York. Guided by the philosophy of 'no feline left behind,' the organization rescues sick, injured, and stray cats and kittens indiscriminately to prepare them for permanent homes. They host weekly adoption events at Petco in Staten Island and adopt cats throughout the tri-state area.
Prospective adopters can submit an adoption application online, view adoptable felines on Petfinder (shflrescue.petfinder.com), or meet cats in person at weekly Saturday adoption events at Petco before finalizing their adoption.
