Founded in 2016, Flower City Critters Small Animal Rescue (Wild & Free Critters Inc) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization based in Rochester, New York. In addition to serving small animals, the organization launched Flower City Kitties in 2020 to rescue, care for, and adopt out friendly community cats and kittens across Rochester and surrounding areas.
