A Shelter Friend, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the euthanasia of homeless and unwanted pets in southeastern North Carolina. Working in close partnership with the Bladen County Animal Shelter and nationwide rescue networks, they facilitate adoptions, transport animals to safety, and provide vital veterinary support. They also help reduce pet overpopulation by offering low-income spay and neuter initiatives throughout the Bladen County area.
