Second Chance Ranch Rescue & Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, foster-based animal rescue serving the greater Fort Bragg and Sandhills region of North Carolina. They are dedicated to rescuing, fostering, and finding forever homes for companion animals in need, including both cats and dogs. Operating entirely through dedicated volunteer foster homes, they provide temporary care and adoption placement across multiple surrounding counties.
