Bakken PAWS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue dedicated to the care and welfare of animals in need across southwestern North Dakota. Operating through a dedicated network of foster homes and volunteers in Dickinson and surrounding areas, they rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome cats, kittens, and dogs. All felines placed for adoption are fully vetted, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered prior to placement.
Cats are typically around $75 (covers core vaccinations and spay/neuter)
Applicants must complete the full application form, have approval from their landlord or property owner if renting, and be committed to providing lifelong veterinary care.
Interested adopters must complete an online adoption application in its entirety via Petstablished. Once submitted, volunteers review the application, conduct landlord and background verifications, and coordinate a meet-and-greet with the foster home.
