Parma Animal Shelter (PAS) is a volunteer-run animal welfare organization based in Parma, Ohio, dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and finding loving homes for cats and dogs. The shelter provides vital medical care, spay/neuter services, and foster-to-adopt programs while engaging the local community through events and volunteer opportunities.

Prospective adopters submit an online application (allowing up to 72 hours for cat reviews), schedule or attend an adoption visit during open hours, and sign an Adoption Agreement upon approval. Adoptions are not first-come, first-served.
Owner surrenders require submitting an intake form and receiving prior authorization from the Health and Welfare Chairperson. Cats must be non-feral, handleable, and tolerate basic examination. An intake donation of $50 (with vet records) or $100 (unaltered) is required, and surrender severs all rights to the pet.
