Surrendering a cat

Owner surrenders require submitting an intake form and receiving prior authorization from the Health and Welfare Chairperson. Cats must be non-feral, handleable, and tolerate basic examination. An intake donation of $50 (with vet records) or $100 (unaltered) is required, and surrender severs all rights to the pet.
