Founded by Cindy Yee Kong to address the urgent need for rescuing and re-homing overpopulated stray animals, Grace Animal Rehabilitation Center Inc. (GARC) rescues abandoned and homeless cats and dogs in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and surrounding communities. The nonprofit organization provides shelter, rehabilitation, holistic care, and pet training support to transition rescued animals into permanent homes.
