Miami Animal Alliance is a 501(c)(3) no-kill, volunteer-run rescue based in Miami, Oklahoma, dedicated to providing a safe haven for abandoned and neglected animals. They operate a foster network, run Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiatives to manage local community cat populations, and host a physical Cat Lounge & Adoption Center. In addition to local adoptions, they organize monthly partner transports to Centennial, Colorado, to find permanent homes for rescued pets.
The cost of adoption covers all medical costs (including spay/neuter), vaccinations (including rabies), and transport if applicable.
Applicants must complete the adoption questionnaire with valid contact information, ID number, residence and lease details, household/family information, and vet references. Adopters must agree to necessary medical care (including spay/neuter and vaccinations) and commit to lifelong care.
Prospective adopters select an adoptable animal and submit an online adoption application via Sheltermanager. For local visits to the Cat Lounge & Adoption Center, appointments must be scheduled in advance. Adoptions in Colorado take place during monthly transport days hosted at Pawfectly Pampered in Centennial, CO.
Miami Animal Alliance is a 100% volunteer-run, foster-based rescue and not a staffed 24/7 intake shelter or veterinary clinic. Animals should not be brought directly to the rescue. Individuals seeking assistance or surrendering must submit an online Surrender/Help Request form.
