Skiatook Paws and Claws Animal Rescue Inc (SPACAR / Animal Advocates of Oklahoma) is a foster-based animal rescue dedicated to rescuing, fostering, and rehoming dogs and cats in the greater Skiatook and Tulsa areas. The organization promotes adoption, foster care, and community outreach to help homeless pets find permanent homes.
