Street Cats Start an adoption application

A cats-only rescue in Tulsa dedicated entirely to rescuing and rehoming cats and kittens across the metropolitan area. Founded in 1997, it places no time limit on a healthy cat's stay and runs A Stitch in Time, a spay/neuter voucher program for cats living on the street.
