Established in 2017, Mayhem's Home for Wayward Animals Incorporated is a Eugene, Oregon-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empathetic care, shelter, and rehabilitation for difficult-to-place animals. Originally founded after rescuing a fearful grey cat named Sassy, the sanctuary provides a haven for wayward animals in need, specializing in stabilization, trust-building, and intake for pregnant and nursing cats, dogs, and other small animals.
Currently accepts pregnant and nursing cats and dogs, chickens, and other small animals requiring shelter, care, and stabilization.
