Renter applicants must provide a copy of their lease including pet policies and ESA/service animal documentation. Current pets in the home must be spayed/neutered (unless age or medical exceptions apply) and up to date on vaccinations with vet records provided. Kittens must be at least 8 weeks old to be adopted, and any animal adopted unfixed must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age with proof submitted to TMAR.

Step 1: Submit an online adoption application (no fee required). A cat adoption volunteer will follow up via phone within 2-3 days. Step 2: Once approved, the team coordinates a match and connects you with the foster for an in-person or virtual meet-and-greet (adopters are responsible for transportation to meet animals, typically located in the Fargo and Grand Forks areas, though airline flight angel options exist). Step 3: Pay the adoption fee invoice sent via email once possession of the cat is taken.
