Founded by Celina Mesa, Oregon Animal CARE Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing animals from abuse and neglect, advocating against factory farming, and promoting animal welfare education. In addition to long-term sanctuary care for rescued horses and other animals, the organization prepares rescue cats for adoption into loving homes.
