Founded in 2001, Portland Animal Rescue Connection is dedicated to promoting the adoption of homeless cats and dogs while working to reduce companion animal overpopulation and euthanasia. All rescued animals receive veterinary care, vaccinations, and spay/neuter surgery prior to adoption into loving homes. The organization also manages an ongoing Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program to support community and feral cats in the Portland, Oregon area.
All adopted animals are spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and evaluated with necessary veterinary care before placement.
