They collaborate with international rescuers to transport these felines to the United States, provide necessary veterinary care, and place them into permanent homes. Cats rescued from Kuwait (and occasionally other regions) receive medical care and vetting before being transported to the Pittsburgh area and across the United States to be matched with adoptive families.
