PURR (Philadelphia Urgent Rescue and Relief) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, dedicated to improving the lives of homeless, neglected, and abused animals in the area. Operated and funded entirely by volunteers, PURR focuses on life-saving surgeries, supporting Trap-Neuter-Respond (TNR) efforts, and providing safe, loving homes for the cats that need them most. Each cat is evaluated individually under their TNR approach to determine the best outcome. The adoption fee for most adult cats is $125, and for kittens it's $150.
